Role Overview
As our Lead Architect for Future Tech, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance systems aligned with our 2026 strategic vision. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, market-ready applications.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable predictive AI models capable of handling large-scale data streams.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance standards are met across all deployments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning leadership.
- Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale predictive analytics platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design patterns and software engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about future tech trends and their implementation.
