Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for autonomous decision-making and generative content creation.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact products.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time edge deployment.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring robust model governance and version control.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuro-Symbolic AI and Federated Learning.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into viable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
