Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project milestones for the 2026 timeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-stakes problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
