Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market dominance
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the future of innovation
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives in tech or biotech sectors
- Strong network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
