Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly visionary reports and executive briefings on emerging socio-technological paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs worldwide
- Present visionary concepts to investors, clients, and industry panels at global summits
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and junior strategists
- Oversee the development of proprietary forecasting algorithms and simulation models
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity theory, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field required (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning) and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin required for global stakeholder engagement
