Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Anticipate socioeconomic disruptors through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Author whitepapers on human-AI symbiosis and decentralized futures
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA Ames
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry foresight publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology forecasting projects
