Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify emerging market disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Research and analyze global tech trends to inform product development roadmaps
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team while fostering cross-departmental innovation
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-focused initiatives on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFP)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
