Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and market expansion
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums (Davos, World Economic Summit) as a thought leader
- Publish whitepapers and digital content on future-of-work paradigms and disruptive technologies
- Advise on $500M innovation portfolio allocation toward 2026-ready ventures
- Mentor a 12-person futures research team across 3 international hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership
- Published author/speaker on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion-dollar strategic decisions
- Experience managing remote, cross-cultural research teams
- Portfolio of 2026+ impact projects (climate tech, neuro-interfaces, quantum applications)
