Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, space) to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate the annual Horizon Summit on Future Technologies
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and strategy consultants
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate 2026-ready products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech ethics, climate resilience, or space economics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEPLE)
