Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to develop 2026 strategic frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and present foresight findings to executive stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
