Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and circuit designs tailored for Project 2026.
- Hybrid Integration: Lead the development of bridge layers that seamlessly integrate quantum processors with classical machine learning frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to drive innovation.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum hardware advancements and apply cutting-edge research to practical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI architectures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil; strong command of Python and classical ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unsolved problems in computational theory and algorithm design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
