Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Sort, pack, and ship automotive components for major Detroit manufacturers
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in fast-paced production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas
- Perform quality control inspections on finished products
- Complete daily shift reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Reliable transportation to flexible job sites across Wayne County
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
