Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses within the local Phoenix area.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update delivery status accurately using handheld devices or mobile apps.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Must be a resident of the Phoenix, AZ area.
