Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Tampa Bay
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle for safety and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay area streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability during weekday daytime hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
