Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company announcements to provide accurate information.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
