Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform basic inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
