Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 30,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with 10-person team to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave SW location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screen
