Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Hand Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely during inbound and outbound shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
