Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of all products.
- Monitor inventory levels and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate effectively with drivers and vendors.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Conduct regular audits of shipping data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in training new staff on safety protocols and operational software.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
