Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations, including scheduling and routing shipments via our proprietary digital platform.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time using barcode scanners and WMS software to prevent stockouts.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and shipping delays.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on shipment documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in training new staff on our daily pay portal and inventory tracking procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Proven experience with inventory management software and data entry systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Valid Forklift Certification (if applicable to specific site location).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with drivers and clients.
