Responsibilities
- Coordinate Shipment Schedules: Manage and schedule inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot shipping delays and resolve carrier issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs forms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
