Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for damages, discrepancies, and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and purchase orders accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Previous logistics or warehousing experience is a plus but not required.
