Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to community members and visitors
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and logistics for local programs
- Maintain clean and organized facilities according to safety standards
- Support inventory management and supply restocking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
- Participate in outreach initiatives to engage local residents
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication skills with friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various Memphis locations
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting
