Responsibilities
- Lead the design and training of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate hybrid algorithms.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Develop robust data pipelines for real-time reinforcement learning systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and define technical roadmaps for the AI division.
- Ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Experience with Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
