Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, count, and organize inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners according to safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
