Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific tasks).
