Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shift goals.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including packing slips and manifests, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend labels and instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing production schedules.
