Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality metrics.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies and night shift procedures.
- Document all interactions and feedback in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote/ hybrid options.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
