Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and service standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues or system improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail setting is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
