Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and live chat messages during night hours with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team when necessary.
- Order Processing: Accurately process and verify orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system with strict attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and continuity of service.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
