Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Process customer service tickets and phone calls efficiently during night shift hours.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems using established protocols and software tools.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all quality standards and compliance regulations to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and peer support teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Adaptability: Remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
