Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications during designated night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process orders, verify shipping details, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts, typically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
