Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Resolve hardware/software issues and troubleshoot complex IT systems
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with precision

- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers with clear documentation
- Maintain SLA compliance with 95% first-contact resolution rate

Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or IT helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
