- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data security and attendance protocols.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
