Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during evening and night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling high-volume tickets.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon support teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Document interactions and update customer accounts accurately.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be available for Night Shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if working remotely).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus.
