Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Provide high-quality technical troubleshooting assistance and step-by-step guidance to clients.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our state-of-the-art CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure 24/7 continuity of service and issue resolution.
- Identify trends in recurring issues and proactively suggest process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and empathetic demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in customer service or technical support environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
