Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients during the night shift hours.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the charge nurse immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities as needed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus but not required.
