Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and support requests during the night shift.
- Resolve technical and billing issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations across time zones.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
