Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and inventory data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding data status during night operations.
- Perform routine file management and document digitization tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (varies between 8 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Mesa/NC locations).
