Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients during overnight hours, including assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in electronic health records
- Administer medications as prescribed and follow treatment protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification or medical assistant license preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in a clinical setting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
