Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight hours including vital monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless patient handovers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Assist patients with daily living activities as needed
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of overnight healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
