Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Complete all required documentation before shift end
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA or LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Reliable transportation to multiple Kansas City locations
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
