Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shift hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for continuity of care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and medical records
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana CNA or LPN license
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
