Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight hours
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment per HIPAA standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Qualifications
- Valid Nevada CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
