Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight shifts in our state-of-the-art facility
- Monitor patient vitals and administer prescribed medications per protocol
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless patient handoffs
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN license in Nevada or nationally certified medical assistant
- Minimum 1 year overnight shift experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
