Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Monitor inventory management and loading/unloading processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate maintenance requests
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics documentation
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
