Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift team members, assigning tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team for seamless operations
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across the facility
- Conduct quality checks on products and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate with day shift supervisors
- Train new employees on equipment usage and company procedures
- Manage payroll documentation and attendance records for night staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid California driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
