Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 member night shift team with performance coaching and scheduling
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with OSHA certifications
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain detailed production/delivery reports using WMS systems
- Conduct shift changeovers and handovers with day shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Flexible availability to cover variable overnight shifts
