Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory during night shift hours
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining operational efficiency
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of night shift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
