Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise to and from the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan items accurately using barcode scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Package and label products according to strict shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
